I followed your instructions only I used different yarn - the Luxury Tweed eggplant color from Debbie Bliss for the main color and a light purple Luxury Tweed color for the trim (for the last row and binding off). I cast on for Toasty this weekend. I'm excited to finish them for a weekend cabin trip. They'll be perfect for fall knitting outside. Just wanted to mention that the Toasty PDF says to cast on 34 inches. I think it's supposed to say 34 stitches! :)

Dear Friend, Thanks for posting the pattern for Toasty. I LOVE them. I was going to make my sister a neck thing (scarf), but didn't have the right gauge needles, so started these. I am going to have to buy new yarn for my sister because I am going to have to keep these! I love the Libby sweater too, although I just have boys. Maybe next year they'll all get family-photo-sweaters!
