big

This weeks cookie of the week. Big. Big peanut butter cookie of the week.
Honestly. Check out the size. A true treat to find one of these after school or in your lunch box. All three kids said they were the best peanut butter cookie they ever had. I'm thinking they were really loving the size. Out of this same cookbook. I couldn't find the recipe but it is basically this except with creamy peanut butter and made into cookies.... not cookie sandwiches.

My hubby and I love peanut butter cookies. I find that I really love the one's on Smitten Kitchen, but these look better for ice cream sandwiches.

Because all large cookies are better as ice cream sandwiches. Maybe with the grape sorbet, so it will be like having a pb&j without the extra bread.

I made these GIANT peanut butter cookies last week for my brother-in-law as a gift. I mailed the package to their house--and let me tell you, they were heavy!! He called the night of receipt with rave reviews. These are awesome cookies!! Thanks so much for the recipe. I am glad the cookie of the week is back in action.
