Glazed Lemon Cookies. Two ways. Half the batch iced, the other half plain for the crazy non-lemon lovers in the house. Kerstin made them, and I knew I had to give them a go. They really are perfect if you have any non-lemon lovers in your home, as the lemon is only in the icing. I think they would be perfect for an Easter dessert. (But if you ask me, as far as lemon cookies go, nothing beats a lemony snicket.)
I like when things sit in my knitting bag for two weeks. (Yes, start to finish, two weeks.)
As opposed to two years. (Well, going on two years. And I have no plans of finishing this in the near future.)

  1. For REALS??? Two weeks for the Heron????? I may just have to do a sweater for me......it's been awhile....I've been stuck in a rut with quick and easy mittens, mits, scarfs,beanies and such...and of course I do love lemon....those perfect!

  10. I love both projects - I am very tempted to try the Heron myself but it might have to wait until I finish off a few other things I have on my list! The lemon cookies sound great - I adore lemon - neither of my boys will touch it - a half/half batch for us too - Thanks for sharing the recipe! :D

  17. I agree on the fast knits front. Two weeks is super quick! I much prefer fast knits for quicker crafting satisfaction. The cookies look awesome. I am definately a lemon lover so will be trying these out soon.

  20. Oh! Now you're really stressing me. I still haven't baked any of the sugar cookies you posted last month that looked so incredibly delicious, and now you have some more wonderful-looking ones, ha, ha. Maybe I'll just have to bake both recipes at once.

    Your fingers must have been burning up with your needles clicking so fast. Two weeks?!?! Impressive. I've never seen the sweater before but now I'm gonna have to queue it up. Can't wait to see your finished pictures.

    Thank you for linking that recipe. They look delicious! I'm confused why that other photo you linked to looks so different- they look like store bought cookies....or even cheese toast, with that odd shade of orange-yellow. Are you sure that they are the same cookies?

We received an excellent guide on that matter from our local library and most books where not as influensive as your information. I am very glad to see such information which I used to be searching for a protracted time.This made very glad! Anyway, in my language, there aren't a lot good source like this.

  46. I've to say, I dont know bp claims process if its the clashing colors or the bad grammar, but this blog bp claims process is hideous! I mean, I dont wish to sound like a bp claims process know-it-all or anything, but might bp claims process you will have probably put slightly bit extra effort into this subject. Its really interesting, but bp claims process you dont characterize it well at all, man. Anyway, bp claims process in my language, there are usually not a lot good supply like this.

Its doing way an excessive amount of and it takes away from what you received to say --which I feel is basically important.
