I think I'll be making some snickerpoodles ASAP !
not crazy at all. that's pure puppy love!
those are precious!
What a good mommy - to both your kids and your dog! That's dedication for you.
What a good dog owner! This is awesome :-)
snickerpoodles, too cute!! Trouble is a lucky pup.
What's in a snickerpoodle? Just curious...
Crazy? I'd say pretty freakin' amazing. Trouble has found the best home. You are a nurturer through and through and so wonderfully giving. Happy Summer!xo...Ana
What a lucky dog!
I made dog biscuits years ago with a dog bone cookie cutter, can't remember the recipe, but it was fun. No dogs to bake for now, though, sadly.
What an awesome name for that dog treat! If I had a dog, I'd make some too.
sweet name for both the treats and the dog!
I'm calling you crazy! I daren't let my dogs see this post, they might just pack their bags and book a flight!Of course, needless to say, I feel domestically out done and will be unable to resist trying the recipe myself.
Now THAT is love. Rolled and cut-out cookies in a heat wave for a dog. You really are a good mommy. I don't think I've even fed my KIDS this week...
I am sure these are better for your pooch that the flower treats my kitty likes to eat. http://knittingwithbeer.blogspot.com/2010/06/cat-treats.htmlSweet post!
True doggie devotion right there. I love it!
I've done a lot of dog treat baking over the past 12 years. Nothing crazy about it at all, especially if your dog has food intolerance. :-)
you make every snack special for every member of the family. I love that about you.
We'll have to get right to this! Our Pup's middle name is Trouble. He's earned it, though, and he's still lovable! Thanks.
of course you did! i can totally see why. ;)
That is a wonderful idea. I am not sure if I could make them for Victor without making them pretty small, because I think that one of them would be more calories than he is supposed to get from treats.
You're a good mom! I love my 4-legged babies but have never made them homemade biscuits!
Homemade doggie treats -- brilliant! They look so tasty, I probably would have tried one...
I hope to try this - it sounds so much better than the nasty recipe I tried with liver - it was gross to deal with, but the dog loved it, of course:)
Thats brilliant! I would never have thought about making dog treats!
Your Crazy!but a good owner all the same!LOveLynxxx
Snickerpoodles!! Love it!! Wonder if the cats would like them too?
oh, he is just the sweetest thing! always loving your cookies here. ;) just make the tiny cinnamon sugar cookies the other day. I found a recipe that made me think of you recently. check it out!http://picky-palate.com/2010/07/08/snickers-caramel-cheesecake-cookies/i mean, seriously!? ;)love to read you always. Lora
Aw, little flower treats. Trouble deserves her own little batch. Sweet.
A great idea to make special treats for a special doggie. I think I'll make some today too (after squeezing in a little knitting!), thanks for sharing the recipe.
Aw. What a perfect idea and Trouble looks so happy eating them!
These look wonderful. I'd like to make them with my son! Just discovered your blog. Going to enjoy following you!
What a wonderful idea!!! My mother has 2 little pups who would LOVE some snickerpoodles!!!what a sweet post!maureen xo
Snickerpoodles?! Who knew?!I should have my kids bake some of those for our puppies who aren't nearly as little and cute as they were 6 months ago, but are now huge ravenous canine husky-lab beasts! :-)ps- I thought of you as I cultured some buttermilk today!
Oh my goodness, how cute. I can't wait to make these for our pooch ;) Thanks for sharing. Your doggy is darling! Many Blessings,Molly

Our Rosie would just love these - also a great Christmas gift for friends and family with dogs.
Is that an Airdale Terrier? I only ask because my parents used to have one. When they went to pick him out, the children all ran into the house shouting "Mom! Dad! They picked Trouble!" It was the only puppy they had named, and he definitely lived up to it. Maybe it's something about that breed? :-)
my mother-in-law follows you and recently told me you have an airedale!! We have one too =) Now I'm going to have to make her cookies as well!
Thank you, this gives me an idea. I have run out of dog treats and the guys are always begging for something.
