holiday patterns

So, if you're sitting around under the tree this weekend, completely ready for Christmas (I wish!) looking for something to knit, check here. 50 free holiday knitting and crochet patterns. I have always wanted to make some cute little sweater ornaments and use them as gift tags. Maybe next year.

Hi Leslie! The place mats were a huge hit at my grandson's birthday party yesterday. Based on the response of the other moms there you should be getting some more orders! YAY! Have a wonderful Christmas. Will you be seeing your Mom and Dad again?

I love your photo for this post. The gift tag idea is stellar: sweaters with a little initial of the recipient? Said tags could be used as an ornament afterwards. Oh, so perfect.

I love those tiny sweaters! I made a few last year and found some adorable little wire hangers for tiny doll clothes and use them for hanging the tiny sweaters- so cute!
