this Christmas

So, this Christmas, I didn't get 1/2 of what I wanted accomplished. Most of the decorations stayed in their boxes. The advent didn't get started until about the 15th of the month. And, the knitting wasn't finished.
However, the fondue maker was finally used.
And, Santa did stop by to tell my kids they better get to sleep or he wasn't coming back.

***I really wanted to wish you all a VERY Merry Christmas. I hope your time spent with family, friends and yarn is all of that and more.***

xx,
leslie

Merry Christmas!

I didn't get 1/2 the stuff done I wanted to do either. It's still going to be a great Christmas, though. I just know it!

Merry Christmas to you too!

(You're not alone, I didn't get a lot done either - and yet this Christmas was just as sweet as ever. Funny how we get so wrapped up in to-do lists!)

Merry Christmas!! I still have hems on pj pants, and an entire afghan to crochet (boxing up the yarn) and I'm okay with it. It's still Christmas if we're all together.

xoxo.

As long as we are merry in our hearts we have accomplished more than we needed to. Happy Holidays!

Why is it our to-do lists get so long? I finished a binding just minutes before getting dressed for a family celebration. I also had to send my clothes off to Denver with gifts ( a weekend visit) just so I could pack a quilt that still needed to be finished and carried in my suitcase on the plane! Once again I have vowed to myself I won't do this next year! Merry Christmas to you and your family.

Happy Christmas. Don't feel bad - most of my Christmas knitting is now considered a jump on next Christmas... it's all on how you spin it.

Merry Christmas to you, too. We didn't get very many items done either - very bad planning and too much travel are not a good combination. Hopefully the new year will allow for some pleasant changes and more crafting.

Glad you and your family had a happy Christmas!
We have fondue (cheese as well as beef) for dinner every Christmas Eve. This was a tradition started by my parents in the 1970's... and we look forward to it each year.

I could have written your first paragraph. I fell short of all my plans. I refused to let it stress me this year, though. C'est la vie!

I just wanted to let you know that the chalkboard placemats I bought from you for my 4yo & 7yo granddaughters for Christmas was a big hit! ;-)
